I’m not sure how far I want to push this idea, but I really want to try it. I used to always love making card games with my brother as a kid and something inside me made me want to do it again recently, and NFTs seem like the perfect medium

First off I need to come up with the template for the card. 

And I’m not sure if/how I’ll use it yet, but I’m going to make a card back too.

The card is coming along good I think, but I still need to draw the monster for this card: leaden blob.

The best way I could think of for this guy is to draw him on 4 different layers

-glasses

-eyes

-flesh

-metal

I want to make his eyes blink, the metal slightly move, the flesh part pulsate, and his glasses react to the movement of the other parts.

After some tweaking, I like how the card looks, and I like how the blob looks. All that’s left is to color what doesn’t have color yet and put the blob on the card.

It turned out so much better than I was expecting : ) This card will be available as an NFT on my Rarible page the same day I post this blog (8/9/21) and only 1 copy so first come first serve.  I’ll be making new Bean Bun Trading Cards and minting them weekly for now
